Work in progress. This is snow covered Frame Lake in Yellowknife. More highlights to come on this large painting.The bright clear winter days here in a Yellowknife make for some beautiful winter scenes. The trees hold snow on their branches like big dollops of whipped cream but it’s the luminous sky that draws me in. The heavens glow behind the silhouette of trunks and branches.
